Our Studio is designed for small group personal training with 6 being the maximum number of clients per session.
Training with a small group and "suffering" together creates a team mentality so you push each other while at the same time, support each other.
You will be constantly challenged both physically & mentally in all areas of your fitness and your results recorded. Seeing your own scores improve plus occasionally seeing them up on the board being compared to other clients, helps to fuel your motivational levels.
Weights, cardio, yoga, pilates, boxing, gymnastics, stretching?............Whatever sort of exercise turns you on, we do it here at Newcastle Lifestyle Fitness. We dont devote a whole hour long session to just one of the above disciplines, but prefer to mix it up instead.
No two sesssions are identical & our variety of exercises is huge which is important. It helps to avoid boredom, keep you mentally fresh & it also keeps the body in a state of constant improvement.
